Chef Ice, Born in Thailand, grew up in Nonthaburi Thailand. Culinary style influenced by his grandma’s kitchen. Graduated with a culinary art degree from the Art Institute of Seattle in 2002. Internship with Chef Ian Chalermkittichai (Iron Chef Thailand), executive chef at the Four Seasons Hotel BKK in 2002. Started working at Tosoni’s (fine dining Italian restaurant) with Chef Walter Walcher until year 2007. Served as head chef of catering for Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at Seattle’s May Restaurant in 2004. Became Executive Chef (Opening Team) at Baan Silom Hotel 2008, then Executive Chef of The Haven Resort Huahin in 2009. Served as Kitchen Manager at the Hard Rock Café Phuket in 2009-2013, then Opening Team Kitchen Manager at Hard Rock Café Seoul in 2014, then Opening Team Kitchen Manager Hard Rock Café Busan in 2015-2016. I’ve served as Chef & Owner of Ti22 Seattle starting in December 2016.
